Danny Lee works with Potomac Patent Group PLLC as a patent agent.
Danny has over thirty years of experience in the patent field.
Prior to joining Potomac Patent Group, Danny worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner
including holding positions as Supervisory Examiner and Senior Examiner. His background includes many years examining patent
applications in the fields of nonlinear optics, fiber optics and lasers.
Before working for the U.S. Patent Office, Danny was an electronics engineer with the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA).
While at the U.S. Patent Office, Danny received many awards such as the AIPLA "Outstanding Contributions" Award in 1989,
the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Bronze Medal Award in 1992, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Exceptional Career Award in 2000
and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Distinguished Career Award in 2001.
Danny received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and also attended George
Washington University National Law Center.
Danny is registered to practice before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office.
